Terms of Use
1. Intellectual Property Rights
By uploading a 3D model to out platform, you represent and warrant that you own or have the right to use the intellectual property associated with the 3D model. We reserve the right to decline print requests that violate copyright or include restricted, illegal, or weaponized components.
2. Payment and Orders
Once a quotation is accepted and payment is confirmed, the order moves to production. Because 3D printing is a custom manufacturing process, once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled or fully refunded.
3. Lead Times and Delivery
Estimated lead times are approximate. While we strive to meet all deadlines, print failures and equipment maintenance may occasionally cause delays. We will notify you of any significant delays.
